Delivery and cancellation policy

Confirmation

An online order is a request until GAM confirms stock, final weight, price, delivery cost and timing.

Delivery

We deliver to Michamvi, Bwejuu and Paje. Other Zanzibar locations may be accepted by arrangement. Delivery uses shared-cost pricing and is confirmed before dispatch.

Weight and wholesale

Chicken is sold by weight, so website totals are estimates. Wholesale pricing is subject to approval.

Cancellation

Contact GAM promptly. Cancellation is effective only after confirmation. Prepared, cut or dispatched orders may not be cancellable. Any accepted prepaid refund is arranged through the original or mutually agreed payment method.

Failed delivery

Provide a reachable phone number and accurate location. Extra cost may apply if delivery must be repeated because the customer is unavailable or the location is wrong.
